Absolutely horrible customer service. I was at the cash counter to pay my order at 16h when they told me that the option to deliver wasn't added, they sent me back to the rayon to add it which made me lose another 30 minute and now when I am back at the counter to pay, they tell me they're about to close and can't do financing. Then I offer to pay in full, but one of my cards is refused and then the lady at the counter decides to service the customer behind me, What's the point of having a queue then? They are more interested in closing up and going home than helping the customer with a bill of 4000 euros. Well, you have lost my business as well as those of my friends.

Had to wait 15 minutes at the desk. Meanwhile a few employes came by, did their stuff but never bothered to take 2 minutes of their time to help the sorry lone employee at the desk with the line that kept getting bigger. In the shop, a few vendors are friendly and helpful, but else they mostly seem too overworked and busy to advise the clients.

There are a lot of things to buy for your comfort at home. There is almost everything you want over there, but it's hard to see what you want. The helpers are always around to help you find what you want. The cashiers have an old operating system to scan the items you bought. There is the other side of Leroy Merlin where it's quiet, and you can buy an "Affiche Administrative". If you're hungry, there's a hamburger place in the parking, and a sweet seller at the entry of the shop.
